Hey! I'm Dr. Kortnee.

I’m an outside-of-the-box thinker who loves all things food. I believe changing the way you eat starts with your routine. Imagine feeling so confident with food, that incorporating it into your lifestyle beomces second nature; something that provides ease and freedom vs. a source of confusion and frustration.
